Enable Unknown Sources

Go to Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options and turn on Apps from Unknown Sources.

Install Downloader

Search for Downloader in the Amazon App Store and install it. Open it and allow storage access.

Download V12Mate

In Downloader, enter the URL from your welcome email to download the V12Mate APK. Tap Install when prompted.

Enter your credentials

Open V12Mate → Add Playlist → select Xtream Codes. Enter your Server URL, Username and Password from your welcome email.

Start streaming

Tap Save. Your channels, movies and series will load. Enjoy!

💡 Tip: Pin V12Mate to your home screen for quick access — long-press the app icon and select "Move to front".

Open the Play Store

On your Android TV or box, open Google Play Store from the home screen.

Install V12Mate

Search for V12Mate and install it. Alternatively install TiviMate or IPTV Smarters.

Add your playlist

Open the app → Add Playlist → Xtream Codes. Enter your Server URL, Username and Password.

Load & enjoy

Tap Connect/Save. Channels load in seconds. Browse Live TV, Movies, and Series.

💡 Tip: TiviMate offers the best EPG experience on Android TV — highly recommended for a premium interface.

Open MyTVOnline 2

On your Formuler/Dreamlink, open the MyTVOnline 2 app from the home screen.

Add a new portal

Select Add New Portal or the + button.

Enter your details

Give the portal a name (e.g. IPTV Player Canada), then enter your Server URL, Username and Password.

Connect & stream

Tap Connect. Your channels load instantly. Navigate using your remote.

💡 Tip: You can save multiple portals on MyTVOnline 2 — useful if you have more than one subscription.

Install Smart IPTV app

On Samsung/LG, open the App Store and search for Smart IPTV or SS IPTV. Install it.

Note your TV's MAC address

Open the app — your device MAC address is displayed on screen. Write it down.

Activate via web portal

On a phone or PC, go to the app's website, enter your MAC address + your M3U URL from your welcome email.

Restart the app

Close and reopen Smart IPTV on your TV. Channels will load and be ready to watch.

💡 Alternative: For the best Smart TV experience, connect a Fire Stick or Android TV box to your TV's HDMI port instead.

Search the Roku Channel Store

On your Roku home, open the Channel Store and search for IPTV Smarters. Add the channel.

Open the IPTV app

Launch IPTV Smarters from your Roku home screen.

Enter your credentials

Select Xtream Codes API login type and enter your Server URL, Username and Password.

Start watching

Tap Login. Your full channel list will load. Enjoy live TV, VOD, and series.

💡 Note: Roku has limited IPTV app availability. For the best experience, a Fire Stick or Android box is recommended.

Open the App Store

On your iPhone, iPad or Apple TV, open the App Store.

Install IPTV Smarters Pro

Search for IPTV Smarters Pro and install it. You can also use GSE Smart IPTV or Flex IPTV.

Add your account

Open the app → Add User → Login with Xtream Codes API. Enter your Server URL, Username and Password.

Enjoy

Tap Add User. Your channels and VOD library will load. Browse live TV, movies, and series.

💡 Tip: For Apple TV, AirPlay from your iPhone works great — mirror the stream directly to your TV screen.

Download VLC Media Player

Visit videolan.org and download VLC for Windows or Mac. Install it.

Open Network Stream

In VLC, go to Media → Open Network Stream (Windows) or File → Open Network (Mac).

Enter your M3U URL

Paste your M3U playlist URL from your welcome email. Click Play.

For a better experience with EPG, install IPTV Smarters Pro from the Microsoft Store.

Troubleshooting Tips

Most issues are fixed in seconds with these steps.

Check your internet connectionA stable connection of at least 15–20 Mbps is recommended for smooth HD streaming.

Verify your credentialsMake sure your Xtream Codes (Server URL, Username, Password) are entered correctly — they are case-sensitive.

Update your IPTV player appUpdate your player app to the latest version to avoid playback and loading issues.

Restart your device & routerReboot your streaming device and restart your router/modem to refresh the connection.

Try disabling your VPNIf you're using a VPN, switch servers or temporarily disable it to test whether it resolves the issue.

Clear app cacheClear the cache of your IPTV player app, then reopen it and test again for improved performance.

ISP blocking IPTV trafficSome internet providers restrict IPTV traffic. A VPN can often help improve access in this case.
